30-Day Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy

To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 1st. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2019. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.

Accepting Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Engraving and shipping Charges are nonrefundable. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Can I return or resize an engraved ring?

Any ring where personal engraving was added may be returned, exchanged or resized where possible (with the exception of special orders), however, the $25.00 engraving fee is non-refundable.

Returning Your Order

To return a jewelry item to Sarraf Jewelry Inc., follow our steps below:

Return or Exchanging of an item which is within the 30 days of receipt

Returning
  • You do not need a return authorization. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and packing boxes and material. Furthermore, include If your item was delivered with a diamond appraisal certificate Place all the original packaging in the box.
  • You can ship your item via FedEx, UPS or US Post Office. We recommend using FedEx or UPS. Regardless of the courier, you use you need to make sure the package is signature required and insured.
  • We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles .
  • For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box and send your return to.

Exchanging
  • You do not need an Exchange Authorization. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and packing boxes and material. Furthermore, include If your item was delivered with a diamond appraisal certificate Place all the original packaging in the box.
  • Include a note with your instructions for the exchange. If you are changing to a new item, please include the stock number of the new item.
  • You can ship your item via FedEx, UPS or US Post Office. We recommend using FedEx or UPS. Regardless of the courier, you use you need to make sure the package is signature required and insured for the full amount the item(s) being returned.
  • We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  • For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box and send your return to.

Items that are damaged or are used do not qualify for return policy

Return or Exchanging an item which is over the 30 days of receipt

Orders which are over 30 days of receipt do not qualify for return policy.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.

* Sarraf Jewelry Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

International orders

Sarraf offers shipping to 45 different countries around the world and the ability to pay using all major credit cards. All prices are in US dollar.

Sarraf.com is shipping globally to most countries including Canada, United Kingdom, and parts of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, among many countries.

All Prices are in US dollar to determine price in your countries currencies you should check with you bank for the exchange rate.

We use Fed Ex ® to ship your order and the shipping options are.

  • Orders Over $100.00 shipped outside USA Fed Ex ® International is Free
  • Orders Under $100.00 shipped outside USA Fed Ex ® International is $25.00
Taxes and Duties

We do not charge DUTY TAX on your orders however your countries may decide to charge you DUTY TAX on your order. in those cases, sarraf.com is not responsible for the DUTY. The DUTY is your responsibility. If you fail to pay your DUTY TAX your countries may send us the TAX bill in those cases we will charge the amount of DUTY TAX bill to your credit card.

APO/FPO Addresses

* We will ship orders under $10,000 to APO and FPO addresses via USPS priority mail. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipments Are Insured

* We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Sarraf.com orders over $500.00, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx or UPS.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

* If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Sales tax

* Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in California
